The steps of a project

Initial meeting
A first meeting, often on site but also possible by video, helps us understand your needs, tastes, expectations and budget, as well as the timeline for your project!

Measurements
Measuring and visiting the space shows us its potential and the constraints of the area to be transformed.

Planning
Planning the layout is essential to make the most of every room.
2D plans let us explore different solutions and choose the option that best meets your needs.

Design & colour
This is when we shop for the materials, furniture and accessories to include in the 3D renderings, so you can picture yourself in the finished space.
This is where the concept and the finishes come together!

Permits
Depending on the project, plans may need to be submitted to the city for approval. We can help you prepare the documents needed for your application.

Technical drawings
Once everything is approved, we produce the drawings for bids and for construction. Technical drawings to plan every detail and leave nothing to chance!

Site follow-up
We request the bids, follow up on orders with suppliers and coordinate deliveries. We keep track of the work on site with the general contractor and every other tradesperson, consultant or professional involved.

To wrap up the project, we visit the site to make sure the result matches the plans and that the furniture, accessories and décor are set up with care, down to the last detail.

Follow-up is always available after the project ends, to make sure you’re fully satisfied and to sort out any issue that might come up.
